Well, I started translation of NinkoBB (ver.1.3) into Russian.
Translation is almost complete. It will be aviable soon.
I'm having some problems (with language variables), but they successfully resolved.

Translation touched template (default), so I want to known, how I can upload translation: only language file and template, or full archive with NinkoBB?
